Winners Announced for the GET FIT Challenge!

Thank you and Congratulations to everyone who participated in the inaugural year of the GET FIT Challenge for Dodge Rock ‘n’ Roll Seattle benefiting the American Cancer Society!  There were 250 participants on over 20 different teams.   You worked hard training together to get across that finish line and hopefully you had fun in the process.   We would love to hear any inspirational stories and see any fun team photos from your teams’ journey in GET FIT.  Please submit to getfitseattle@competitorgroup.com and we just might feature your group on our website!

The Winners for the 2010 Rock ‘n’ Roll Seattle GET FIT Program

Club Division:

1st Place: Seattle Ekal Marathon led by Rama Yannam with 52 participants
2nd Place:  Run To Remember led by Erin O’Connor with 23 participants
3rd Place: Nia Runs Club led by Leandra Vasco with 10 participants

Corporate Small Division:
1st Place: Orthopedics International led by Thalia Neilson with 22 participants
Tie for 2nd Place: Broderick Group, Inc. led by Kelly Highsmith with 14 participants & Phillips Real Estate Services led by Brent Pederson with 14 participants

Corporate Extra Large Division:
1st Place: Microsoft led by Jorge Russo dos Santos with 21 participants
2nd Place: Boeing led by Andrew Viray with 16 participants

Municipal
1st Place: Redmond Police & Supporters led by Lena Johnson with 13 participants
2nd Place: Foster High School led by Laura Linda with 12 participants

A certificate award will be mailed to the Team Leader in each of the above winning divisions.  Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery.
